This level of resource allows us to provide consistency in standards, have regional engineers to attend on site callouts, fully supported via our in-house technical support desks. Our technical support teams offer full remote support and diagnostics for all of today’s Audio Visual, collaboration and video conferencing technologies, often able to resolve support requests remotely.
All of our engineers are fully certified and trained with our field service engineers able to affect onsite repairs, temporary fixes and provide advance loan replacement equipment.

All service requests can be registered via our online support portal which provides real-time ticket tracking from the moment you log a support request. Every time your ticket is updated at each stage you will receive an updated ticket status so you are always up to date on the status of your support request.
